Bundled GSI matching the standard simulation scenario: two dosing regimens with different WT, population parameter uncertainty (thetamat, npop = 10), and output Cc only.

Format

gsi_pk1c

A named list ready for sg_sim(), with components:

Data frame. Event table (ID, TIME, AMT, ADDL, II, WT).

stimes

Numeric vector. Output time grid (0–120 h).

outputs

Character vector. Model outputs to retain ("Cc").

covs

Character vector. Covariate columns joined from et ("WT").

theta

Named numeric vector. Population parameters (ka_pop, Vd_pop, CL_pop, beta_Vd_WT).

thetamat

Numeric matrix. Parameter estimation covariance (8 x 8).

omega, sigma

NULL when inter-individual and residual variability are not resampled.

npop, nsub

Integers. Numbers of population (10) and subject (1) replicates.

addcov

Logical. FALSE; covariates are already in et.
